Store Logo problem

Post by redbez » Fri Nov 15, 2013 3:06 am

I have AlegroCart 1.2.8 version.
I made a logo in .png format and uploaded it to images.
I can't place it to webstore - it's not included with the images in the Store Logo Image option under the Settings/Logos tab.
How can I actually place my logo?

Simple copy it into the /image/logo directory.

Sorry, I don't see how?
I have uploaded the image and it shows in Catalog/Image.
However, Configuration/Settings/Options:Tax RSS, Logos is like this and there is no image shown:

Copy it in the above mentioned directory e.g. with your FTP client, or if you have cpanel you can use the built-in file manager as well. Catalog/Image is not for logos.

Not sure is it possible or how it works. I have AlegroCart installed as directly from the package of my hosting/domain provider.

Don't you have access to your files on the server?

I have a Control Panel, but AlegroCart is installed as an application from Softaculous package of my provider.

In your Control Panel you should have a file manager or something like this, where you can modify your files or upload new files.
