does anyone know the url / settings to get google checkout. I have a few people who perfer to use them.

Only merchant ID and merchant key are needed as far as I remember.

I not sure what you mean by template.
To use google payment, you just go to extensions/payments and enable Google payments. You then select the edit button and enter in your google checkout information.
Once that is done, the payment is automatically added to the cart checkout process.
