All you really need to do is move all the files from the subfolder to the publicfolder.
You then need to edit confih.php to reflect the new path.
In .htacess change the RewriteBase /alegro/ to RewriteBase /
That should be all that is required.
Move it and test before you delete the subfolder.

Thanx Brent,
sounds easy but moving all the folders would I have to download them and then upload them ?
Or should I check with my server personal ?
Thanx

I'm going to let Leo answer that question.
He is more of an expert at that.

Thanks again,
I decided to do a fresh install
The changes were minute and can be easily duplicated.
Have a wonderful day
