Adds Save As.. button to products, column Action. So, from now on you have the possibility to open an existing product, modify it, then save it with another name, i.e. clone it.

- adds ServerSignature Off to .htaccess
- removes not enabled products from assigned products list at category and manufacturer
- modifies mini-cart to always display Subtotal
- deletes in library/common the unneeded files (_compat_check.php, iis_REQUEST_URI.php,sys_get_temp_dir.php)
- adds new /image/no_image.png
- adds explanation to image, how to bulk upload
- adds bulk upload downloads
- fix on exec functions
- fix on /catalog/styles/default/css2 && css3/category.css
- fix on thickbox.css
- fix on input fields
- displays max uploadable file size
- displays favicon image and path in Settings
- deletes /catalog/styles/default/image/favicon.ico
- adds background to setting/logos
- adds no_image.png to Homepage and Image display module
- hides no_image.png in admin/images
- moves rss.png + stock_status_x.png-s to /styles
- deletes stock_status_y.png
- makes available the image and download to all languages at insertion
- displays the name of the currently edited/inserted item in admin heading
- modifies tooltip position

- adds 2 settings to admin/Configuration/Setting/Display Settings tab, one for Manufacturer filter and one for Model filter. They are common for Manufacturer option, Category option, and Search option. If you set manufacturer Filter off, it is off in all 3. Same with model.

- Adds the possibility to hide your administration from malicious activity. You can enter new name for the main admin directory in the install process. Keep it private and try not to forget it.
