Backup/Retore with PHP 5.3

There is a problem with backup/restore when using PHP 5.3.
There was a depreciated function in database backup that is not supported in PHP 5.3.
This has been corrected in the attached zip.
This only affects Versions 1.2 and previous. It is included in the next version.
