So, your customer has paid with paypall and you use ac1.2.6.
Just to summarize things.

Would you mind setting paypal to test mode in the administration and create a test order to check this duplicate order problem?

In Configuration/Settings/Stock Checkout, I have Check Stock set to Yes, Allow Checkout set to NO, Subtract Stock set to Yes and Guest Checkout set to No. I still have clients purchasing items which are no longer in stock and having to refund money as most items are one off's. Please advise.
