Email issue

Post by Hara Host » Tue Jun 11, 2013 1:15 pm

Hello to all the community.
I installed alegrocart but I have some problems ...
1) when you register a user emails are not sent to the administrator and the user
2) When I send email (administrative side Customers -> Mail) to the user it is not received
3) (the administrative side -> Customers -> Newsletter) newsletter is not received

What I can do?
Why?

Server: centos 6.3, PHP version 5.3.19, MySQL version 5.1.68, Apache 2.2.23

Thank you very much

In admin->settings under the email tab, make sure you have the box yes to send emails checked.
In the email box above, make sure you have a valid email.
I am assuming you are on a production server that has a valid send mail service.
