I haven't had time to work on my shop in a while. I just tried to open the shop and to get to admin and couldn't. Here's what I get trying to open admin (same for the shop, just one directory up):

Warning: require(/[removed]/shop/library/locator.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /[removed]/shop/admin/index.php on line 16

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/[removed]/shop/library/locator.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.2.17/lib/php') in /[removed]/shop/admin/index.php on line 16

It seems that /shop/library/locator.php file doesn't exist on your server. If it does, then check its permission.

locator.php is there. I changed the permissions to 777, but still get the same error.

Do you use SSL? Try to disable it.
Isn't the file corrupt? Re-upload it.
If none of them solves the issue, the path is wrong.

I uploaded a new file. No change. It's not using SSL just for the shop. The path is right.

Do you have cpanel or similar? Can you give me access to it in PM?

I can't get to the admin control panel to give you access. Can you tell me how to do it programatically in a file?
