Shipping issue

Hello everyone,

Having trouble with a customer who is in Quebec Canada who cannot complete a transaction. I made a dummy account to see what was happening but all the screen does is refresh once you confirm address and hit continue. Can change address from Quebec to Alberta and it works perfect ?

Where is the error happening. Is in account address where you create the address?
I am shipping to Quebec quite often. Is Quebec disabled in zone?

Ship to Alberta, we are way nicer anyway. ;)

Go to Configuration/Localization/Geo Zone and add Quebec to Canada.

Thank you guys :) It was disabled and working just great now.

So far have not any issues from Alberta or Quebec :lol:
