I want to add an option to one of my products. I created a product option in admin, but when I am on the product page for that product and click the icon for options, the option that I created does not display on the product options page for that product.

Don't forget to create option values on the option page as well.
Check our demo/admin. We have Memory as option, and 8, 16, 32 and 64GB as option values.
