invoice go to junkmail

how do i fix the email not to go to junk mails? when the customer buy something from alegrocart 1.2.5 the thank you invoice mail go to junkmail,how can i fix that?
The admin email you have in settings must be a valid email address that has an MX value.
What type of server is your site on, windows or unix.
