My order has been processed but it has nothing in history order and admin database!
I dont know why???

The problem is probably your store zone in admin->settings under the store localization tab.
If the country and zone you have set there are not in the shipping / payment zones for this order,
when you choose warehouse pick-up, the shipping address changes to your store address.
This affects the payment process, which is using that zone.
Set your payment method to use all zones for now and that should correct the problem.
Let us know how you make out.

The order process was modified yesterday,for another reason, that would have made this order fail.
