Shipping not included in charge through Authorise.net

Check out and ticket logs show price and charges for shipping correct but the statements from merchant account show each charge to customer less the shipping amount. My records in the admin show everything is okay and correct with my shipping cost as well, but this log does not match the merchant account actual charges to customer. Upon test charges it shows customer the shipping as it should but after checkout the cart only is charging base cost before shipping to customer, but receipt shows shipping. I am quite confused.

Try this new code. I was unable to live test at this location. Let me know if the issue is corrected.

hmmm... Zip file only contains a directory called Authorizenet and it is empty. Did I miss something? Please point me in the correct direction on how to apply and in what directory on the server. I am not a total newby, but by far not the expert here. Thank you in advance for your efforts.
