Guest checkout text

I'd like to edit the text for guest checkout, but I can't find the file where I would do that. Where might I find it? Thanks!

The text is in the language file. Just look at the controller you are in on the page you want to modify the text for and look for the same name in the language file in catalog/language/english/controller/
