Dear team, I want to use alegro as offline inventory and billing software rather than as online shopping cart.. Please guide me on how can i add customer while creating a new order (admin panel) without email and password.. so that i can create an order and print the same as invoice !.. Please let me know your views and thoughts on this.. Thanks

I have considered this myself. At present, you cannot do this. Everything in customer is tied to email address with access requiring a password.
A modification to the catalog would be required and a completely different customer file for what you are trying to do if you want customer accounts.
If you where just doing it as cash sales, you could create a CASH account and then add different customer addresses so all sales would be to cash with different ship tos.
