Flash Menu Placement

I have added a flash menu but I need to move it up closer to the logo in the header.. How do I do that? see example

never mind, default.css i was in the wrong css file.. duh. sorry

In the dafault.css files about line 67 change in #bar the top:70px; to top:67px or smaller.
