I set the picture to get though, all the contents disheveled, the left side menu and keep the same level top menu mixed with.

I also want to put a bigger header logo in. I can lower the position of the navigation bar and the header height but how do I lower the rest. I can only see half of the logo. cant seem to find the parameters in the .css file.

What do you mean "the rest"?

Anyway have you set the position and the size of the logo in admin/configuration/settings/logos tab correctly?

What I meant was, the search field, the currency selection drop down menu. at the moment I have the logo visible, I have lowered the navigation bar and header via default.css.

hi sory to hijack im new and need help i have put a logo but its to big and want to move everything down ive found the correct ccs but dont know what to put to move it
this is all it says
