How to insert store logo
I have version 1.2.8. After reading all the posts, I am still not clear on how to add a store logo. Through my ftp client I have placed my logo in image/logo. Now, do I go to my admin panel for alegro or my file manager in my cpanel? Where ever I go, which files do I change?

Go to settings in admin. Under the options tab, you select your logo and the positions required.

I did that and when I look at my site it still has the name of my company instead of my logo.

Hit the refresh on your browser. When you go back into the settings, does your logo still show up?

Re: How to insert store logo
After refreshing, I open settings/options and the logo is there but not on my site, even after refreshing my site. When I adjust the position of my logo under settings/options, it moves the name of my store to the new setting but still doesn't show the logo. When I Inspect Element of the web page, it shows the name as the default and then the name of the logo.

On the settings/shop setup I have chosen black2.css. I don't know if this has anything to do with it or not. Here is the url to my site:

I see you are running https. Did you add the path in your config file for the secure server implementation?
Here is a sample of what it should look like. The HTTPS_BASE should look like the HTTP, only with an s.
I am sure that is your issue as other image links are also broken.
The config file is config.php located in the root directory. You can edit with Cpanel.

Code: Select all
