I am having trouble accessing the database. I watched the video and installed the script and set permissions but I still get this error; Could not connect to the database server using the username and password provided.

I found that the problem is Google Chrome. I was able to finish the installation in IE.

Hello,

I was looking for a cheap Webhosting to install the script & I am new at this stuff, can some one be kind enough to check http:// phi9.com and let me know if their un-limited plan is cheap and reliable, furthermore how does one check the age of the hosting company either its a new webhost or an old one. Would really appreciate any help with this.
