Change Flag Icon on Home page header

How do you change the flag located under the RSS logo and above the currency field?
Are their other flags available or do you have to create your own flag icon?

The flag is associated with language.
In admin configuration localization language, select English update.
Flag Image is what you change. If you are using English, put in whatever flag you wish.
The flags are located in \admin\template\default\image\language
You just change the image name to the appropriate flag file name.
