New install problem

Good afternoon,
I have just installed AlegroCart on my site at Total Choice Hosting, I used their Softaculous app installer. Now when I try to go to Silverstar-ent.com/piratestore where AlegroCart resides I just get a file directory page. This also is true for the admin123 directory. I can get to the store by going to Silverstar-ent.com/piratestore /index.php but any link I click on takes me to the file listing. I've tried some suggestions for my htaccess file but they do not resolve the issue. I have not tried anything with the URL Alias since I am not sure of any syntax or if this is what I should be looking at.
