I created two new home page entries. However, they don't "stick." I can change the status to disabled (or enabled) by clicking on the icon in the list. But it will still say enabled (or disabled) in the actual settings. When I paste in source code for the description, save or update, then check back...

It has a control panel, but not cpanel. I don't see that option on it. I guess I'd need to contact the hosting company.

I want to update the meta tags for my home page. I changed them and saved them in admin > Configure > Home page > Meta Tags. However when I leave and then return to the Meta Tags page, it reverts to my old tags. The updated info is gone.

The URL's in my shop aren't using the SEO aliases. I checked Configuration/Settings in the Admin panel and see that USE URL Alias is set to No and can't be switched to Yes. How do I change that?

I've been able to insert all my images except for one. It was <300KB and about 1988 px on each side. When I resized it to 90% of that size, it uploaded ok. It's now 1778 x 1778 px and 228 KB.

As a test, I just removed all the photos that I uploaded via FTP. Now I can access Image and Product update.

I don't see anything wrong with the photos, though. Their size is about the same as all my other photos.
