In the zip package I couldn't find an example of .htaccess file. Thus my problem, but I've resolved it. I downloaded the .htaccess from opencart and after small change it works with alegrocart.
RewriteRule ^(.*)\?*$ index.php?controller=$1 [L,QSA]
